Pest control visits

Morning visits take place Monday to Thursday between 9am and 12.30pm.

Afternoon visits take place Monday to Thursday between 1pm and 6pm.

We cannot give a specific appointment time. You can choose your appointment day when reporting a problem with pests.

We do not operate an out of hours service for pest control if it is an emergency, we advise you to contact a private pest control operator.

What to do before your pest control visit

Before we come to visit, any affected areas should be cleared of furniture, vacuumed and made accessible.

In the case of rented accommodation, tenants and landlords should tell each other before the visit takes place.
